The colorful butterflies and the playful squirrels made it a perfect spot for our little one. The easy access from the hotel made the trip stress-free, and the garden's peaceful atmosphere was a welcome break from the city.

My wife says that a dedicated play area for kids in the hotel would be a great addition.

The compact room with a refrigerator was a cozy retreat after a day of city exploration. The convenience store on the first floor was a lifesaver for late-night snack runs - it felt like having a mini food paradise at arm's reach.

The hotel is located in a bustling district with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars, and is conveniently located near a major subway station. It's also just a short walk to JR Shinjuku station, making it an ideal choice for exploring the area. The staff was excellent and professional, providing clean rooms and helpful service during our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of charging outlets. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and even provided toothbrushes and hair brushes. The hotel had free Wi-Fi, a great bonus. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to Shinjuku station. there were several restaurants and a convenience store on site, making it super convenient for grabbing a quick bite or stocking up on snacks.

One downside was the lack of fresh air in the rooms. The windows couldn't be opened, and after a few days, the air became stale.

The room at Shinjuku Washington Hotel was so cozy and well-equipped. We loved the flat-screen TV and the convenient electric kettle. The private bathroom was a great plus, and the air conditioning made our stay so comfortable.

Personally, I could have done without the pay-per-view feature on the TV.

The central location of the hotel was fantastic! It was so convenient to have shopping areas and restaurants nearby, whether you were on a budget or looking to splurge. Plus, there was a convenience store on practically every block, making it easy to grab anything you needed. The hotel staff were also really friendly and helpful, made our stay more fun. And, the fact that the hotel had a bathtub was a nice touch, although it was a bit high for some people.

The rooms were quite small and the layout was a bit awkward. The air conditioning situation was also a letdown, as the room would get too hot even though it was freezing outside.

The service was fantastic - the staff at the reception desk were always helpful and our room was kept clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and offers easy access to various restaurants for breakfast. You can choose from a Chinese, American, or Western buffet breakfast, ensuring a diverse dining experience. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the JR station, making it convenient for travel around the city. Despite the small room size, the accommodation offers clean rooms with warm water bidets, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The staff was not good at English communication, causing confusion about the airport bus tickets.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo, and I had a fantastic experience. My purpose of travel was to explore the city, and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. It was conveniently close to both the Shinjuku JR and metro stations, making it easy to get around. Additionally, it was situated near multiple metro lines, Shinjuku station, and Yoyogi Park, providing a great base to explore Tokyo. The hotel staff, especially the trainee on the 3rd floor in August, were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was the Manhattan breakfast, which was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend asking for a seat next to the windows as the view was breathtaking. The buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and I appreciated the option to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, promptly addressing any issues we had, such as a faulty key card and bidet. The location of this place is fantastic, with a convenient 10-minute walk to the train station through an underpass. We appreciated the quietness of our room, as it was located at the end of the floor. Additionally, the presence of a bathtub in our room was a wonderful way to warm up during the winter season.

I had a very positive experience during my recent stay at a hotel in Shinjuku. The location was perfect, situated between Shinjuku station area and Meiji Park. The airport limousine service made it convenient for me to travel to Narita. Despite the small room size, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded me to a slightly larger room. Although there were some issues with the air conditioning, they provided portable cooling units to make it more comfortable.

Always my top choice. First stay, staff recommended great local delivery. Has it all: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, massage. Perfect for me. Can't beat the amenities - flat-screen TV, luggage storage, air conditioning. Coming back for another trip.
